About Grease Trap Repair Austin
We look after the grease traps of commercial kitchens in Austin and nearby cities. Our main work is repair: fixing damaged traps overnight, so kitchens don’t have to close. We also install new grease traps, and offer sewer line jetting and grease trap deep cleaning and degreasing.
What we do
Repair first
When a grease trap is damaged, replacing it can look like the only option. Most of the time it isn’t. We repair the trap you already have with a method called coating, using materials certified to NSF/ANSI 14 and 61. The work happens overnight, and the trap is ready the next morning.

Guaranteed to pass inspection
Every repaired trap is guaranteed to pass inspection. We repair with high industrial-grade materials, back to the trap’s original specifications, and we work with the city’s inspectors on any inspection that’s needed.
A 10-year warranty
The repair carries a 10-year warranty covering labor and materials, as long as the trap gets regular pump-outs. In Austin, the code sets that schedule: a full cleaning at least every three months, or sooner once grease and solids reach 50% of the wetted height (§ 15-10-197).
