Grease Trap Services in Austin, TX

Four services for commercial kitchens in Austin. Repair comes first, because most damaged traps can be saved: we fix them overnight, while your kitchen is closed.

What we do

Grease trap repair

Holes, cracks, corrosion, broken baffle walls, and the pipes and parts inside the trap. Repaired overnight with a method called coating, and ready the next morning.

Grease trap installation

A new grease trap, when a repair isn’t the answer. In Austin, a new trap needs approval before it’s even bought.

Sewer line jetting

For the sewer lines that carry a kitchen’s wastewater.

Grease trap deep cleaning and degreasing

A deep clean of the trap itself. It’s also where every repair starts.

What Austin expects of a grease trap

Austin’s code sets the schedule no matter who repairs or empties your trap. It has to be cleaned out completely at least every three months, or sooner once grease and solids reach 50% of the wetted height (§ 15-10-197). Only a liquid waste hauler permitted by the City of Austin may take the waste away. When Austin Water inspects a trap, its Industrial Waste staff must be present while the trap is being serviced, to carry out the inspection.
